SOC Analyst

Security OperationsKathmandu, NepalFull-time

Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents across client environments. You'll work with SIEM tools, threat intelligence feeds, and incident response playbooks to keep systems safe around the clock.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM platforms
  • Investigate and triage potential security incidents
  • Document findings and escalate confirmed threats
  • Maintain and tune detection rules and alert thresholds
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on incident response
  • Produce regular threat reports for internal and client stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a SOC or security operations role
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools (Splunk, ELK, or similar)
  • Understanding of common attack vectors and MITRE ATT&CK framework
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
